Addressing Extended Disconnect Timeouts

Realmers,

We’ve received your reports about being unable to reconnect for 10–30 minutes after a disconnect, and in some cases even longer.

With today’s server restart, we’ve implemented a backend fix aimed at reducing how often these extended timeouts happen. We know how awful it is to be locked out of the game after a disconnect, so we’re hoping this change makes a noticeable difference for many of the affected players.

We’ve also released a fix for private parties not appearing in the Party Finder UI. 

We’ll be keeping an eye on the results and continuing to work on other server stability improvements.
