Pet Inventory Issue Update

Realmers,

We have a technical release planned for Tuesday, June 16 starting around 1PM CET that includes the first version of changes to our Pet Inventory saving methods. It will only be a server restart, a notification will be shown in-game.

We're looking to heavily reduce how often items do not save correctly and potentially eliminate the issue, but this is still the first step and we’ll need to monitor how it performs after release.

If you experience missing items, unexpected duplicates, or other changes to your Pet Inventory after the maintenance, please reach out to support and include as much information as possible. Screenshots or video showing the items in your Pet Inventory before the issue occurred will be needed for the team to review the case, so we recommend keeping a record when moving especially valuable items.

You can also report the issue in the #rotmg-bugs discord channel, but please make sure to include as much information as possible.
